2 Tbs. olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
1/8 - 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives, thyme, rosemary, savory), finely chopped
sea salt and pepper, to taste
1 avocado, sliced
Assorted steam veggies (optional)
