3-4 cups rolled oats, gluten free
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/2 cup nuts, chopped walnuts or pecans work great
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup organic virgin coconut oil, gently melted
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut sugar, brown rice syrup or scant 1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
