This super-simple recipe is one of our favorite ways to curb sugar cravings. Pistachios are a superfood, containing healthy fats, complete protein, and fiber. You’ll also get fiber and healthy fat from the coconut, plus iron and potassium—and a nice hit of sweetness—from the dates.
