We love this tasty shake for its anti-inflammatory properties, provided through the essential fatty acids in the coconut, sunflower, and chia seeds. This is one to drink when you want to ease pain and lift spirits.

1 frozen banana
8-10 small fresh mint leaves
2 Tbs raw cacao powder
2 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
2 tsp. coconut oil
2 Tbs. sunflower-seed butter
2 Tbs. chia seeds
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
1 cup almond milk
