When you need to satisfy a sweet tooth, serve these chai-spiced chia seed parfaits. The topping tastes like a delicious apple pie and the pudding beneath offers a creamy texture and plenty of nourishment thanks to the addition of chia seeds. These tiny seeds are a complete source of protein and a great source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids. They’re high in filling fiber too. Be sure to start the pudding the night before so the seeds have time to soak!
