  • Muscles Working: Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Core, Shoulders, Back Body muscles.
  • Benefit Cues: “This simple move quickly heats the core, heats the gluts, and preps us for the entire class. Plus, it brings that heart rate up quickly!”



  • Hips, Knees, Low Back, Shoulders.


We do not perform Hands On in Sumo Warm-Up.
