Barre3 Salem, Salem, Oregon
Owner: Nicole White
Hi, I’m Nicole! From the very first time I stepped foot in a barre3 studio, I knew I had found my people and a place to call home—an inclusive fitness community that celebrates body positivity and inherent strength. The class was invigorating, the community was warm and welcoming, and for the first time, I left a workout feeling strong both mentally and physically. As someone who has a background in healthcare, the anatomy of the barre3 postures and the intention behind every aspect of the barre3 class resonated deeply with me. At barre3, our mission is to redefine what success in fitness looks like by encouraging you to shift your focus from how you look to how you feel—balanced in body, empowered from within. Barre3 has become such an integral part of my well-being and has completely changed my relationship with fitness and my own body. Bringing barre3 to Salem has been a dream of mine for many years, and I can hardly wait to spread the barre3 love! I am beyond thrilled to build this community with you and create a space where we all feel empowered to be our best selves—just as we are. I can’t wait to meet you, to move with you, and encourage you always! When I’m not at the studio, you can find me working at the hospital as an informatics pharmacist, helping my husband with his small business, traveling and chasing sunsets, or spending time with loved ones.

Barre3 White Oak, Garner, North Carolina
Owner: Lisa Begley
Hi there! Professionally, I am a career learner, with years of experience on different industry teams building successful businesses. I spent years traveling and living all over our beautiful country meeting new people, training, teaching, and gaining knowledge along the way, bringing me to where I stand today: opening my own barre3 studio! I’ve forever had a passion for helping others find success and helping them discover what it means for them to be happy. This, combined with my love affair with barre3, is why I chose this path. I look forward to meeting all of you and can’t wait to welcome and share the studio with you!

Barre3 Happy Valley, Happy Valley, Oregon
Owners: Tiffany DeLorenzo and Liz Denfeld
Hi, I’m Tiffany! I fell in love with barre3 when I was pregnant, injured, and looking for a safe exercise to keep me feeling strong and confident. As a former competitive athlete, fitness has always been a part of my life and essential to my well-being. I connected with the barre3 workout immediately. It felt safe for my pregnancy and great on my injured foot since it was low-impact, but still very challenging. After my first couple of classes, I started craving not only the workout, but also the community. It was unlike any other I had been a part of – inclusive, welcoming and supportive. After becoming a barre3 instructor and mentor at the barre3 Felida studio, I had the amazing opportunity to become the owner of barre3 Camas in 2018. The journey just keeps getting sweeter as I get to now partner with an incredible woman, Liz Denfeld, and bring barre3 to Happy Valley. We are beyond excited to open our doors and cannot wait to meet you. Learn more about Tiffany here.
Hi! I’m Liz. If you had told me five years ago that I would be a studio fitness owner, I would have laughed. Hard. I wasn’t the studio-fitness “type,” I thought. Exercise was not a regular part of my life. It wasn’t until I heard barre3 CEO Sadie Lincoln on the How I Built This Podcast that I got the courage to step foot inside my local barre3 studio, which changed my life forever. Admittedly, what initially motivated me to give barre3 a try was a desire to get back in shape after having two kids two years apart. I could have never imagined it would completely change not only my relationship with my body, but also the way I show up in all aspects of life. I love barre3 because it accepts me for exactly who I am. Barre3 celebrates that our bodies need different things (even from just one day to the next), and it encourages us to stand up for those very individual needs. It is so much more than a workout, and I feel called to share it with as many people as possible. On my journey to deciding if studio ownership was for me, I met Tiffany, the owner of barre3 Camas. We instantly connected, and I can’t imagine a better partner with whom to bring barre3 to Happy Valley. We are so excited to create a space where everybody can come to feel uplifted, empowered, and connected to the community. We are here for you and cannot wait to welcome you inside our studio! Barre3 New Albany, New Albany, Ohio
Owners: Natalie and Patrick Cannone
Pat and I met in college at Miami of Ohio and got married in 2014. Together with our daughter, we live in Powell, and are extremely excited to bring the barre3 community to New Albany. Pat is a retired professional hockey player, and I have played sports and been involved with fitness my entire life. We knew that it was time to combine our passions and open up a barre3 studio. I knew that barre3 was special after the first class I took. Not only did I enjoy the physical part of class, I was really drawn to the emotional aspect as well—I felt refreshed instead of stressed after leaving a class. Pat saw my love for barre3 and trusted that this was the right fit for us. We are incredibly honored to own our own studio and are excited to create a community in New Albany.

Barre3 Gilbert, Gilbert, Arizona
Owner: Andrea Laughlin
Hello, barre3 community! I am an advocate for health and wellness with over 15 years of dance and fitness instruction. I danced competitively in college and transitioned into leading fitness classes, teaching Pilates, spin, and yoga in major markets including Los Angeles, Orange County, Dallas, and Phoenix. After having my first child, I, by chance, walked into the barre3 North Scottsdale studio and never looked back! I instantly fell in love with the barre3 workout and the community and decided to become an instructor. After almost four years of leading classes at barre3 North Scottsdale and barre3 Paradise Valley, I felt it was time to grow the barre3 community and take my family to the East Valley. Today, I am the proud owner of barre3 Chandler, and I’m just about to open barre3 Gilbert-Epicenter! Outside of barre3, my husband, David, and I enjoy Arizona life by hiking, spending time together as a family, and especially watching our boys’ love of sports grow. Go, Arrow and River! Barre3 Jersey City, Jersey City, New Jersey
Owner: Patchanika Makaew (Pook)
Hi! My name is Patchanika (Pook), and I was born and raised in Thailand. Finance has always been my passion. I was the former Head of Finance at Agoda.com and moved to New York City in 2014 to lead the sales and marketing team. Now together with my daughter, we call Jersey City/Hoboken home. Fun fact: In Thailand, I was never an exercise kind of person; at best, I would go to the gym or a fitness class once a year! When I moved to the U.S., I wanted to blend into the culture and saw that New Yorkers tend to exercise as part of their routine. After trying numerous types of classes, only barre motivated me to keep coming back. I tried just about every barre class offered in New York City, where I discovered barre3. After my first class, I felt happier, content, and focused. It was a life-changing moment for me. Slowly but surely, barre3 has become my new passion and an integral part of my life. I hope to share my passion with others through my barre3 studio and inspire them along a similar journey.
