If you’ve joined us for an online workout lately, you’ve noticed some exciting new changes in the experience. We’ve created new variety in the types of workouts, and we’re rolling out more new workouts than ever before. Let’s take a look at what’s new:
More Variety Than Ever Before
Barre3 Workouts
Our signature workouts, which combine strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness, are now labeled barre3. In order to help you find the specific class you need that day, each class includes a secondary label to highlight its focus:
barre3 strength conditioning focus: These workouts build strength by focusing on isometric holds and slow, small-range, resistance-based movements.
barre3 cardio focus: These workouts build stamina and strength with high reps of large-range moves that rev your heart and boost your energy.
Introducing b3 Workouts and b3 Innovation Labs
We’re always exploring new ways to deliver on our mission to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. As part of this evolution, we’ve developed b3 workouts, which serve as an interactive testing ground. These workouts provide a deeper exploration of movement with new approaches and techniques that complement your practice. These workouts are labeled b3 and fall under three different headings:
b3 Endurance: These workouts offer a focused approach to elevating your heart rate with large and dynamic movement.
b3 Restore: These workouts are designed to calm your nervous system through slow, mindful movement and breathwork.
b3 Interval Training: These workouts include bursts of high-energy strength conditioning.
You’ll find these workouts throughout the online experience, as well as in a dedicated collection called b3 Innovation Labs.
More new workouts
We’re now bringing you more new workouts than ever before! Here’s what you can expect.
Two new workouts each week
Each week, in addition to your new Monday online workout, we’re also dropping a brand-new workout every Wednesday. Look for it in the “Latest Workouts” section of your barre3 online Discover page.
A new collection each month
Each month, the barre3 Master Trainers curate a new collection consisting of brand-new workouts and existing favorites that deliver on a theme. If you like a workout plan, collections are a great option for you. Just opt in to a collection, and every time you log in you’ll be prompted to do the next workout in the collection.
The B3 Focus 10s Collection
Our new B3 Focus 10s Collection features short workouts that target a specific area of the body. We created these workouts specifically to focus on areas of the body that suffer from lack of use in our day-to-day lives. You can learn more about the collection here.
