Inside Our Annual Owner’s Convention
Last weekend, all of our studio owners came together for two jam-packed days with Sadie Lincoln and our Portland team, and they documented their trip on Instagram using the hashtag #barre3owner. Check out some of our favorite #barre3owner moments below.
Portland is barre3 Atlanta – South Buckhead owner Katie Schrier’s old stomping grounds. Upon arriving to town, she says to her studio’s Instagram community, “Loving and then leaving this city 10+ years ago taught me an important life lesson: bloom where planted. It’s one of the reasons why I had the courage to become a barre3 owner. It’s a factor in why we want barre3 Atlanta – South Buckhead to feel like home to you.” Photo cred: @barre3atlsb
It was such a thrill to fill our Portland studios with owners from all over the country. Laguna Niguel and San Clemente owner Nicki Insley snapped this shot after Friday afternoon’s class with Lead Instructor Catie Fahrner. Photo cred: @barre3southoc
Scottsdale owner Karie Johnson is getting over a neck injury, so she embraced our “Make It Your Own” mantra by modifying and striking a balance between ease and effort. Photo cred: @barre3scottsdalepv
Smoothies are even better after a barre3 workout with friends. Everyone refueled after class with our Perfect Green Smoothie recipe. To make your own perfect smoothie at home, blend a frozen banana, an apple, a handful of kale, ground flaxseeds, sunflower-seed butter, a little maple syrup, and almond milk. One of the things we’re most proud of at barre3 is our love of learning. When Oklahoma City owner Andrea Mason wasn’t looking, we snapped a photo of her taking notes during a workshop led by our Lead Instructor team. Photo cred: @barre3
There’s nothing better than being a part of a strong and supportive community. To celebrate our owners and the incredible work they do, we always host a special a farm-to-table dinner. This year, we transformed the barre3 headquarters into a seriously magical space—with equally amazing food—to honor this team. Photo cred: @sarschu
You’re never too old for a sleepover. Our dynamic sister duo Megan Wilson and Gillian Brotherson relaxed after a long day in festive loungewear and matching Nines Hotel slippers. Photo cred: @barre3losaltos
Energized and inspired by the weekend, Farmington Valley owner Stephanie Hobbs takes one last photo as she leaves the Northwest. Her studio opens in just a few weeks. Who knows—maybe next year you’ll be the one snapping this shot, flying home from the Owner’s Convention to open your own barre3 studio! Photo cred: @barre3FarmingtonValley
