Starting on July 7th, you’ll get one brand-new b3 Strength Training workout every week along with our barre3 Signature and barre3 Cardio Focus workouts.
And as a thank you for being a part of the barre3 online community, we’re giving subscribers like you early access before b3 Strength Training workout goes live to the global community.
Props are key in b3 Strength Training Workouts. We recommend using 2 sets of handheld weights (lighter set, 3-8 lbs.; heavier set, 5-15 lbs.), a Resistance Band, and a Core Ball. As always, our expert instructors will provide you with modifications and guide you through every posture.
