“barre3 has helped me improve my balance, core strength and mental focus. Paddling next to this whale brings life into perspective and made me think “yes” this is what it is all about.”
— Karen Wrenn, barre3 instructor and professional paddle boarder

Karen Wrenn Catalina Challenge Minke Whale Experience Slide show The Minke whale that joined me for almost two hours on my 39.8 mile journey from Avalon to Dana Point was swimming below me in the clear water. I could see the whales eyes looking at me, its tail would be at times right under and in front of my Naish Glide. The Kaenon polarized glasses I was testing worked almost too well. I just had to trust the whale and keep paddling.Hope you enjoy |
