We’re all completely addicted to this versatile sauce from chef Abby Fammartino’s new cookbook. Pair it with vegetables, fish, meat, or grain—it’s one of the most versatile sauces around. Of course, we love the health benefits too: The lemon, cumin, and cayenne are fantastic digestive aids, the garlic has anti-fungal properties and helps control your blood sugar, and the parsley and cilantro are packed with antioxidants. Enjoy!
The official name for this recipe is Charmoula, but we find ourselves putting it on absolutely everything so we gave it a new name: Everything Sauce.

1⁄2 tsp. salt, plus more to taste
1⁄4–1⁄3 cup water to thin

TIP: Try this flavorful sauce with absolutely anything! We love it on grilled meats, vegetable fritters, salads, grain dishes, and sautéed vegetables.
