Mother-Daughter Superstar Clients
In honor of Mother’s Day, this month we’re celebrating some of our favorite Mother-Daughter duos. (We love it when a commitment to fitness runs in the family!) Read on to meet a few of our Mother-Daughter superstar clients.
“I love being able to take barre3 with my Mom and my Grandma! To spend 60 minutes sandwiched between them on the barre makes my heart so happy, plus my grandma rocks a full plank like no one’s business. Overall barre3 has completely changed not only my body but my lifestyle. Having my family a part of it makes it that much better! Barre3 has also inspired my family and to cook healthy whole foods together. In fact, at every family function you will be sure to find at least one (if not more) recipe from the barre3 website on the table!” – Molly Marso, Oklahoma City (pictured with her Mom and Grandma)
“I have participated in many workout programs over the years, but this is absolutely the most fun “workout” I have ever done. The instructors are so energetic and encouraging that the hour flies by. The greatest thing about barre3 is that anyone (no matter what age or fitness level) can tailor the workout to fit their needs and goals. There are so many modifications and layers that you can continue to be challenged, without feeling like you are being tortured. I try to schedule classes 4-5 times a week. No matter how tired or stressed I am going in, I feel energized and happy when I leave. When we can, my daughters and I love to take the same class, but we all have such hectic schedules that we can’t necessarily do that. In the past this has been the pitfall of all of our workout programs. Without the encouragement or prodding of each other, we would get bored and just not go. With barre3 there are so many positive benefits that we go with or without each other.” -Amanda Hinerman, Frisco, Texas (pictured with her two daughters Carly Labunski and Erica Ringo)
“It’s so much fun to share barre3 with my Mom! It’s great having someone there to giggle with when you lose the battle with your core ball or end up in a not so graceful position. Spending this extra quality time together has definitely strengthened our mother-daughter bond. Seeing her dedication and drive pushes me to work even harder. Barre3 has had a very positive influence in our lives by pushing us to be stronger, healthier and more confident.” – Jenissa Nunez, Atlanta (pictured with her Mom)
