It’s an added bonus that her 16-month old is a fan! He isn’t a greens lover, and this smoothie allows her to sneak some greens into his diet.
Sneaky Greens Smoothie
Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango
3 medium carrots
2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon flax oil
handful of fresh spinach
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
