Where We’ve Opened barre3 Studios in 2025 (And What’s Next)
This year, 17 new barre3 studios are opening across the country. From the Pacific Northwest to the Southeast, these new spaces are welcoming clients in, building local connections, and bringing our efficient and effective approach to fitness to more people than ever before.
Whether it’s a longtime instructor stepping into studio ownership, a devoted client turning passion into purpose, or a first-time entrepreneur choosing to invest in something meaningful, each new studio story reminds us what barre3 is really about: real people, building real connection, in the places they call home. And while each studio is different, three common goals unite them all: a drive to build a thriving business, a deep desire to foster community, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact through movement.
Meet Our Newest Studios
Since the beginning of the year, we’ve celebrated studio openings in cities big and small — each one with its own energy, story, and incredible local community.
Chatham Park, North Carolina | Studio Owner: Stephanie Nielson
Our fifth studio in the Raleigh-Durham market, barre3 Chatham Park (pictured above) is owned by Stephanie Nielson — NYT best-selling author, mother of five, and an acute burn trauma survivor. A loyal client since 2018, Stephanie has always loved how barre3 supports both her body and spirit. Now, she’s bringing that same energy to Chatham Park, offering a space where everyone can thrive.

Behind Every Studio Is a Story
In a time when more and more people are craving something deeper than a typical workout, our studios offer a space to pause, to move with intention, and to belong. A barre3 studio isn’t just a place to work out — it’s a hub of connection, healing, strength, and joy. When a new studio opens, it becomes part of a larger movement to redefine what success in fitness can look like.
And that’s why this growth matters. Every new studio opening isn’t just good news for us — it’s a gift to the communities we serve. It’s more kids watching their mothers prioritize self-care. More women finding strength in their bodies. More friendships made in the moments between the movements.
“I love celebrating the studio openings of our new owners — especially when I remember our first call about franchising with barre3 and all the passion they shared. Watching those dreams turn into real spaces where people gather, move, and grow together is the best part of my job. We’re so proud to welcome these newest studio owners to the barre3 studio owner network.”
