How Trisha Moved Through Grief With Barre3 (Watch The Video!)
There’s no bouncing back—only moving forward. That’s the theme of The barre3 January Challenge ‘22, and we’re loving how it’s helping us release the occasional urge to cling to the past, while also helping us look ahead with renewed hope and gratitude.
We sat down with four members of the barre3 community and asked them what they’re moving forward with in 2022, and we’re so excited to share the conversations with you. Today, we’re excited to share our conversation with Trisha Zoradi, an online instructor who’s known for motivating our community with her real talk and warm authenticity (and delivering muscle-burning, energy-boosting workouts in the process!).
While the past couple of years haven’t been easy for anyone, they’ve been especially challenging for Trisha. On top of the global trauma we were all dealing with, she also lost her mother and a dear friend in a short period of time. We talked with Trisha about how her movement practice helped her move through her grief, what it means to recognize your own needs, and how she learned to give herself grace along her journey.
