The Power Of Finding Your “Why”
Ever started something, eager to hit the ground running, only to find your motivation flatten out a few days in? How do you keep the momentum going when a plateau inevitably hits?
Three words: Find your “why.”
What does this mean? Essentially, it’s about digging deep to figure out why you want to feel good.
When you think about why you’re committing to any kind of fitness program, the first answers that come to mind are often surface-level (I want to lose weight, I want to look great in my swimsuit, I want a stronger core).
