BEHIND THE SCENES: 2 B3-POWERED DAYS, 9 INSPIRING WOMEN, 1 EPIC EVENT
What do you do when you want to share B3 with inspiring women from all over the country? Invite them over to play, of course. That’s exactly what we did with nine of our favorite women in the wellness world earlier this month. We had the best time getting to know them better, introducing them to some of our favorite Portland people and places, and showing them that you really can do B3 anywhere (hello, rooftop class).
Check out our event highlights below—and remember to tag us in your #B3Anywhere shots on Instagram!

We kicked off day 1 bright and early with a class at our new training center.
B3 founder Sadie Lincoln led the crew through a post-movement exercise all about identifying personal values. So enlightening!
Organic salads, smoothies, micro-bowls, wellness shots—Prasad took such good care of us with their nourishing food.
Tea Bar has become the unofficial offsite meeting location for the B3 Home Office team, so taking our new friends there was a no-brainer. We loved introducing our new friends to the delicious tea creations!
For a mid-day recharge, barre3 Portland instructor Meredith Leback led the group through a B3 class on the rooftop of the Society Hotel (views for miles!).
When we chose the theme of our event (#WhatMovesYou), we knew right away that we wanted to include Wildfang. We love their vibe and sense of style—but even more than that we love their commitment to causes they believe in.
Our friends at Tournant prepared an absolutely gorgeous meal, highlighting some of the incredible bounty from the Pacific Northwest (we’re still dreaming about the uber-fresh oysters).
Welcome home! We couldn’t bring all these women to Portland without showing them where we spend our days. After the home-office tour, we all sat down to a brunch prepared for us by the amazing Lauren Chandler.
Hands-down our favorite thing about living in the Pacific Northwest is being surrounded by showstopping nature. Before saying goodbye, we took the group for a hike in Portland’s Forest Park.
