28 to Great Challenge: Real Results
I am so excited to share our challenge, 28 to Great, with all of you! We have tested this challenge on thousands of real women, and they had amazing results. Many reported that they shed pounds, lost inches, slept better, felt more energized, and the list goes on. Robyn and Jodi’s stories are some of my favorites.

“What I’m most proud of is my core…my abdominal area is amazing! When we got back from our trip to Maui…I was going through photos and realized I actually have a ‘six pack’ that is visible to others – I’m not just imagining it. My abs were like this in high school and I really wasn’t sure my body could do this post-baby. But clearly it can and its all because of barre3 and the revamped diet. “When I first signed up for the 28 to Great barre3 Challenge, I was looking for a change. Still recovering from a difficult pregnancy that involved bed-rest and an eventual C-section (to a 10-pound baby, no less!), I felt tired, stressed, and out of shape. Struggling with balancing school, work, and family, I had no idea how I was ever going to find the time or energy to workout again. I had practically resigned myself to the fact that I was never going to lose the baby weight or regain even a semblance of my pre-pregnancy body. And then, a light of hope—I signed up for the 28 to Great Challenge….I am an absolute convert. I have lost pounds, and most noticeably inches, off my entire body. My friends and family have noticed the changes, commenting that I am looking “svelte” (!) and changing the shape of my body. I feel more balanced and grounded. Perhaps most important, I look forward to and enjoy doing barre3. Incorporating barre3 into my life is one the best decisions I have made in years.
