This is so encouraging! I threw out my back a few months ago, and have been slowly getting back into running and exercise. Today, I ran my farthest since before I threw out my back- 4.5 miles. I was definitely fearful beforehand though. Thanks so much for posting this. I do not feel alone anymore!

Today, I visited a Barre3 studio; and, today I participated in a Barre3 class. I was happy with myself to have actually finished the entire class. I took some time after the class to review how I felt. This includes physically (a bit spent, but happy); mentally (clear, relaxed and happy ); spiritually (my gut said it was kind of happy, but unsure.) So when I got home I started looking at your sight. When i read your Steven Covey quote, truthfully I felt my eyes get heavy and when I read how you feel about sharing knowledge; you touched my heart. Then I knew that I had finally found the next door for me to walk through. I have recently had to give up being a massage therapist and was waiting to cross paths with my next journey and Barre3 is it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful opportunity. I am very much looking forward to all that is to come. Thank you.

Hi. I started doing barre3 online workouts about 2 months ago and love it. I was introduced to your dvd about a year ago by a friend that decided to subscribe to the online workouts. I did a couple with her and was sold on the idea. I work with a personal trainer and I’m pretty good about doing cardio several times a week, but I’ve been stuck at the same weight and inches for quite awhile. (I want to lose about 8 lbs and drop and inch from my arms and firm them more.) One of the things I find intriguing about barre3 is that it is supposed to change your body shape. I am in my 60’s and my friend is 50 and I’m wondering if you have worked with women in that age group and have you seen the same results that you talk about in your workouts? I have signed up for the 28 day challenge and actually started my own version Dec 30th so I’d be ready to go on Jan 7th. I’m excited!

YES! I have worked with many clients 50 on up and they experience the same results. I will try to find some fun testimonials from them and share during our challenge. Keep me posted on your progress. I am 40 and I designed this workout so I can do it FOREVER!

HI Barre3 Team!
Is it okay to do the barre3 workouts two days in a row? Given the use of weights, I wouldn’t think it’d be safe to do since one isn’t supposed to strength train the same muscle groups two days in a row. In the case of the barre3 workouts, does that apply? Or is it okay to do back to back days since the resistance is normally under 5 pounds?
I look forward to hearing your reponse!
Sincerely,
Allie from Philly

It’s fine to take barre3 consecutively. Our workouts have a variety of postures designed to balance your body. If using light weights is too much, you can set them down every other day. Enjoy!
