love it! She was my all-time favorite athlete when I was a girl, so it’s fun to see we have both found barre3 to be our favorite grown-up exercise!

Wow, congratulations, that is an awesome testimonial to get from such a respected athlete!! I love barre3, used to go all the time, and still check the blog… it’s not in my city so I’ve been doing Pure Barre and some other local studios.
