5 WAYS TO MOVE WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE TIME FOR A FULL WORKOUT
We’ve all had those days. You fully intend to do a workout, and then you look at your calendar: back-to-back meetings, kid drop-offs, errands. Clearly, that 60-minute B3 workout simply isn’t happening today.
It’s ok.
But instead of giving up altogether (often our first reaction on days like that), remember that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. So you can’t get 60 minutes in today. Can you do 30? 10? 5?
To get you started, here are five ways to move, even on your craziest days.
