Balancing Ease and Effort 10 Minutes at a Time
I designed barre3 online workouts so you can do them 10 minutes at a time. Honestly, one 10 minute workout can shift your body and clear your mind just as much as a 60 minute workout will. For those days when you missed the studio class you planned to take, or feel low on energy and motivation, simply press play and try one 10 minute workout.
Don’t worry about wearing the right gear or props. Just move for 10 minutes with us. If, at the end of it, you have more energy and want to continue, go for it! If not, that’s ok too! Each workout is taught with modifications so you can dial your workout intensity up or down depending on how you are feeling that day.
While I encourage you to push yourselves and put effort into each workout, I also encourage you to choose options (both in time and intensity) that give you a sense of ease and grace so working out becomes an integrative way of life versus a chore. This is the key to long term benefits.
