We like dipping a veggie or two in some creamy garbanzo bean pate — or hummus — for a mid-afternoon snack.
Beans are a great way to keep your blood sugar levels even and tide you over between meals. You can certainly make your own hummus, yet we’re fans of store-bought time-savers too. We wanted to give you some tips on scouting out a hummus that has our stamp-of-approval.
VEGGIES & HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS:
Hummus*
Sliced veggies for dipping such as carrots, peppers, celery, tomatoes
*Tips:

2. We did some sleuthing around to see what hummus brands are most readily available around the country and came up with these options:
Tribe Classic Hummus – Organic
Check with your local market to see if they carry one of these brands!
