There are two ways to do the challenge: With your local studio (get more details here) or online with the global barre3 community. If you’re joining us online, here’s how it works: From January 4th through the 31st, we’ll provide you with daily workouts—a combination of barre3 on-demand and LIVE workouts, plus bonus yoga and HIIT sessions from guest instructors. You set your own workout goals and choose how many workouts you do each week—after all, you are your own best teacher, and you know best what your body and mind need. In addition to the daily movement sessions, we’ll also share recipe demos, guided breathwork, opportunities to connect with the global barre3 community, and more—all in the name of celebrating you, your amazing strength, and your limitless potential.
