A New Challenge to Support You, Body and Mind—Right From Home
“Wait, what day is it, again?”
If the days are starting to blend together into one great big blur, we feel you—and we’re here to help.
This Monday, April 13th, we’re launching our new 15-Day At-Home Challenge. We created this challenge to support you, both in body and in mind, during this strange and uncertain time. With daily workouts, anxiety-reducing breathwork, guidance from Sadie and thought-leaders, and an end-of-challenge interactive fireside chat, the challenge will help you feel grounded, connected, and present in your body and mind.
The 15-Day At-Home Challenge is free and requires nothing more than a device to stream your workouts and bonus content on. See below for a sneak peek of our Week #1 thought-leader line-up, and sign up here to move, learn, and grow with us.

Tuesday, April 14th, 10am PT
Sadie will read a selection of poems by Danielle Doby, poet and author of I Am Her Tribe, about getting back in your body, navigating the unknown, and finding hope in community.
