1/2 frozen banana
1 1/4 cups mixed blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries
1/2 cup spinach
2 Medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
2 Tbs chia seeds
1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of fine sea salt
