The first berry of summer, strawberries are conveniently high in Vitamin C, which minimizes our allergy response to the season’s fresh pollens. We love them in this energy-boosting smoothie for a breakfast on the go.

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pitted
1 Tbs. shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 Tbs. ground flaxseed
1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 Tbs. honey
1 1/4 cups raw, all-natural coconut water
