1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (can be swapped for olive oil-based mayonnaise as a dairy-free option)
2 Tbs. apple-cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
1-2 ribs of celery ribs, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 cup red grapes, sliced in half
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
