This zesty apple and spinach salad has a crowd-pleasing secret ingredient: hemp seeds! 4 cups spinach
1 medium apple, cut into ½-inch chunks
1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1/2 of a small red onion, diced
3 Tbs. hemp seeds
2 1/2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. dijon Dijon-style mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
