It seems odd to have whole-milk yogurt in a health-food recipe, but believe it or not, it’s actually good for you. The low-fat and fat-free versions are processed—eek—and they have fewer nutrients and more sugar—and that’s what packs on the pounds!
1 cup whole plain yogurt
Handful blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tsp raw honey & cinnamon to taste (optional)
