1/2 cup rolled oats, gluten free
1-2 Tbsp walnuts, raw
1 Tbsp coconut flakes, unsweeted (optional)
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1/2 cup berries, organic
Sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg (optional)
Top with a little milk (organic whole milk or unsweetened coconut, almond or help milk)
