I’ve lost ten lbs. in the four week challenge. Attending barre3 four or five times per week has strengthened my very challenged core and rest of my body as well. Using the barre3 recipes have opened up a world of wonderful eating opportunities. My plan is to continue strong with both the nutritional and workout piece. – Darcy Diamond, barre3 Bend
I’ve officially gone down a pants size. Better yet, I feel so strong and fit, and barre3 helps my running! – Jenn Mallette, barre3 Fayetteville
For the past four weeks I’ve been eating healthier, managing my time better, and sleeping better. I have so much more energy during the day, I’m generally a much more pleasant person to be around. I feel better than I can remember feeling in a long time. – Jessica Rine, barre3 Morristown
I feel amazing! Not just because my clothes fit better, and I’m much more toned but because it challenged me mentally as well. I never thought I could ever go more than a few days in a row, but this month, I made it in almost every single day! Every time I come to barre3, it reminds me that I’m stronger than I think and that when things get tough, to just breathe. – Myronie McKee, barre3 Vancouver
I had been taking barre classes for only 3 weeks before I signed up for the challenge. I fell in love with the instructors at my local studio, childcare was available, and I wanted to get back in pre-baby shape. So, I anxiously signed up for the challenge because I had nothing to stop me. Little did I know, the challenge would do more than just help me lose inches and eat portioned meals. I am a better mom/wife. Plus I’m mentally balanced, physically stronger, and smaller in size! I look forward to going to that 60-minute class because I know how good I feel when it’s over. While this was called the “fall challenge”, I consider it an experience for me. A life changing experience. – Carrie Maddux, barre3 Austin Hill Country Galleria
