This fall, we invite you to take part in a studio challenge designed for whole-body health. Commit to five studio classes per week for four weeks plus our nutrition plan and get major results, including more energy, better sleep, a balanced mindset, and a leaner physique.
Need a little inspiration? Portland client Robyn Downs committed to a four-week whole-body health program just like our Fall Challenge in September 2012.
