Welcome to your barre3 7 Day Body Blast!

This short program saves me before I have high profile events like training superstars, or vacations that require me to don a bikini. When I spend a week taking care of myself with this Body Blast I feel better from the inside-out. I usually do this with a couple of girlfriends. I look forward to doing this with you too for extra motivation!

I designed the 7 day Body Blast with my go-to team ranging from ballet dancers to local farmers. Our collective goal is to make you feel good fast. You can do this program any 7 days you choose.

Here’s the plan in a nutshell:

7 days of workouts + 7 days of smoothies, salads, and soups designed to help you shed a little weight and add a lot of energy. If you are near a local studio, your challenge is to take 6 studio classes in 7 days. No studio? Your workouts are all online!

First step is to review your recipes and workouts for the 7 Day Body Blast here.

Second step is to sign up for classes at your local barre3 studio or purchase your subscription to online workouts. We recommend a combination of both if you have a studio near you!

  1. I just went on a ski trip after a decade long hiatus and I wasn’t sore in the slightest! My husband was blown away and had to admit I was in better shape than him. Barre3 is amazing.

  2. Love the 7 Day Body Blast! I lost 5 lbs and lowered by body fat. I feel amazing and didn’t feel deprived. I modified the food by adding lean protein for my husband and kids but they really loved the non-diet “diet” food.

  4. Today, I had to readjust the rearview mirror in my car… Not because someone else drove my car, but because I am sitting up straighter. When I glanced in the rearview and had to slouch to see better, I realized my posture had improved. I was holding myself more upright without even thinking about it. I am Day 6 into my 28 to great. Thank you!

  5. Thinking of doing the 7 day body blast but I am afraid of being hungry! I usually eat 5-6 small meals/day. Are we allowed to snack in between meals?

    • Yes. We don’t want you to be hungry or feel deprived. Try leftover smoothie or soup for snacks. The goal is to be satisfied. That being said, this is a 7 day BLAST and meant to push us a little more than our regular routine. The key is to eat whole foods.

  6. Day 5 of the body blast. Unfortunately ended up getting sick (cold) so doing my best without over doing it. I love how it’s organized and it has introduced me to some of the online workouts I haven’t yet explored. I feel like I can take one week every month and do this. Thanks for the fun. PS I brought my workout buddy over for the Power Sculpt and she was shaking clear into the next day. Good times.

    First, let me say that I love this website. I am hooked and I have been telling all of my friends here in South Carolina. I saw on a post that there was barre 3 gear such as a sweatshirt, bag, tumbler, etc… Is there any chance that those items will be soon added to the “shop.” I would love to wear some of the gear while working out.

  8. Hi Sadie and team! I enrolled in the 28 day to great program a couple of weeks ago – will it automatically cancel after 28 days and I’d have to enroll in the $15 online workouts? Will this 7 day body blast be a separate order from that? Thanks! I love Barre3!

    • Welcome to 28 to Great! Your monthly subscription does not cancel automatically. You can cancel anytime. Now that you are all set up online, you can follow the 28 to Great program and/or the 7 day body blast!

  9. I went to purchase but I came to the 28 to great page. is there a different purchase for just the one week to do? I’ve never done a plan like this. Looks so doable.

  10. This is great! I have really been enjoying it so far! My thighs are feeling the ski-burner workout.

    I am just wondering when you recommend working out in relation to eating. In the afternoon it’s easy to workout and then eat lunch but in the morning I feel like I want to drink my smoothie and then workout?
