This short program saves me before I have high profile events like training superstars, or vacations that require me to don a bikini. When I spend a week taking care of myself with this Body Blast I feel better from the inside-out. I usually do this with a couple of girlfriends. I look forward to doing this with you too for extra motivation!
I designed the 7 day Body Blast with my go-to team ranging from ballet dancers to local farmers. Our collective goal is to make you feel good fast. You can do this program any 7 days you choose.
Here’s the plan in a nutshell:
7 days of workouts + 7 days of smoothies, salads, and soups designed to help you shed a little weight and add a lot of energy. If you are near a local studio, your challenge is to take 6 studio classes in 7 days. No studio? Your workouts are all online!
